We will also review inspiration materials and begin outlining a plan for the next steps. This information will guide us in preparing for the next phase of the design process.

Before we begin developing the design, it is important to understand the space first hand. We will visit the property to discuss the initial ideas in context. During this visit we will also sketch the layout, take measurements and capture reference photographs.
We will bring a curated selection of colour, material, and finish samples to review together on-site. Assessing these elements within the natural lighting and ambience of your space allows us to build an on-the-spot sample board. Every environment influences how colours and shadows are perceived—and how people experience them—so this step is essential to making informed, tailored design decisions.

At this stage, we work behind the scenes to bring your vision to life. Guided by the project brief and all the insights gathered during earlier phases, we craft a design approach tailored to your space.
This is where concept development, styling boards, CAD spatial planning, product selection, and 3D visualisation come together in seamless collaboration—each element supporting the next to shape a cohesive and compelling proposal. Our goal is to craft a design that exceeds your expectations, enhances your daily life, and stands as a testament to your personal journey and experiences/accomplishments.

Project Presentation: Creative & Technical Elements
At this stage we will meet in person to present the design development and walk you through how each solution responds to your needs and addresses specific challenges. We highlight the long-term potential of the project, its functionality and adaptability, and the unique elements that make the design special.
Together, we review and discuss every aspect to ensure it aligns with your expectations and that you feel confident and excited about the direction we have taken. If adjustments are needed, we welcome your feedback and will incorporate refinements into the next phase. Our process is honest and collaborative—we value open dialogue and encourage you to share any questions or concerns, big or small. Your input is essential to shaping a design you truly love.
