One-Off Design Advice

We understand that not every project requires a full-service approach or continuous involvement. Some clients come to us with a clear vision and prefer a hands-on role in managing their update or renovation. Others may be exploring smaller refreshes or collaborating with other professionals and simply seek an honest, experienced second opinion.

In some cases, you may have already done the groundwork, sourcing samples and experimenting within the space, yet feel overwhelmed by choice and have lost a sense of direction. In others, you may have invested in various aspects of the design and furniture, only to find that the original concept has not come together as intended. This is where we step in, helping to structure the process, analyse what is working and what is not, and bring clarity by outlining thoughtful next steps.

How does it work?

  1. An introductory virtual meeting supported by a  questionnaire, allowing us to understand your concerns, objectives, and how we can best support you moving forward.
     

  2. A dedicated consultation session, held either online or in person, with a duration of 90 minutes.(Property visit included if required)
     

  3. A written summary following the consultation, providing a clear reference to the key discussions, ideas, and recommended next steps.

This service is intended as a standalone professional consultation and advisory session. It provides strategic guidance, design insight, and expert opinion based on the information available at the time of the consultation.
 

The one-off design consultation does not include:
 

  • Full interior design or architectural services

  • Development of detailed design packages, technical drawings, or construction documentation

  • Coordination with contractors, consultants, or suppliers

  • Project management, site visits, or on-site supervision

  • Procurement, ordering, or specification of furniture, materials, lighting, or finishes

  • 3D visualisations, renders, or detailed mood boards unless otherwise agreed

  • Ongoing design revisions beyond the agreed consultation scope
     

Any advice given is conceptual and directional in nature and is not intended to replace a comprehensive design service. Where more detailed involvement is required, this consultation may act as a precursor to, but does not substitute, one of our full design services.
 

All decisions, implementation, and coordination following the consultation remain the responsibility of the client or their appointed professionals.
